We are very grateful to all who give their time every week to be recorded in their singing that has been played at various Masses over the past few months. You may be aware that a lot of new and unfamiliar hymns have been played. This is deliberate as we are not allowed to carry out congregational singing – but it is good to have something that accompanies the processions that take place in the Mass.
Our Holy Week ceremonies contain some familiar classics that we love and it would be a shame to eliminate them completely, so our singers will be recording a lot of familiar favourites. We ask, however, that when a hymn is played that you know and love, please do not join in singing – let the words move your heart prayerfully but do not sing.
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
