Message of thanks from Fr Michael
Dear Friends at St. Francis. It was a great joy to be invited by Fr Liam to come and celebrate my Silver Jubilee of Priesthood at St. Francis on 9th June, and I want to express my deep gratitude for the gifts you gave me on that occasion and, of course, for taking part in the Mass. It was a privilege and a pleasure to be surrounded by all the clergy of St. Francis, and to have Deacon Ian at my right hand (and left!). Thank you to those of you who came to my celebrations at Headcorn and/or Holy Family. I feel very blessed, and may God reward all of you.

As mentioned previously, Fr, Michael who served here at St. Francis from 1997-2004, celebrated his 25th Anniversary of Ordination earlier in May.
We are delighted to welcome him back this Thursday 9th June where he will be celebrating the 10.30am Mass as part of his Silver Anniversary celebrations.
