It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the death of Deacon Tom Coyle on Friday 28th July. Deacon Tom served as our parish deacon here at St Francis’ from his ordination in 1999 until he retired to Chester in 2018. He will be remembered by many, especially in relation to the numerous baptisms and funerals that he presided at, and also by those he regularly visited in their homes and at the hospital.
